Case study: Ridgeway Group
Over 20 years we’ve supported Ridgeway Group’s expansion from start-up to exit, via the largest deal in the industry for a decade. With centres across the middle and south of England, they are a multi-franchise dealer, offering new and used cars, vans and trucks. They have 12 brand partnerships through 30 franchised dealerships, including Audi, BMW and Jaguar. In 2015, turnover was £722.6 million. In May 2016 Ridgeway Group was acquired by Marshall Motor Holdings PLC (MMH). The deal made MMH the seventh largest car dealership in the UK with a £2.2 billion turnover.
Technically very able and very personable.
