Employment Law and HR issues: Our crystal ball for the next 12 months

We would be delighted if you could join us for our first Employment Breakfast Briefing of 2023, in which we will be dusting down our crystal ball and discussing what we believe to be the top employment law and HR developments which will affect businesses over the next 12 months.

2023 will bring a new set of challenges for all businesses, with the Government backing a number of Private Members’ bills on extending maternity protections on redundancy, sexual harassment in the workplace, neonatal leave and carers’ leave.

The Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Bill is also making its way through Parliament and, if passed in its current form, will repeal all EU derived laws by the end of 2023 (although the Government will be able to extend that deadline to 2026).

We will also look at a number of key employment cases, which will reach the Supreme Court in 2023 as well as looking at the impact of the main cases from 2022.

Register for your place by clicking here or using the ‘Register interest’ button.

The session will be held using Zoom, a link will be sent to you in your registration confirmation email and will be resent on the morning of the webinar.

We hope you can join us.
