In conjunction with 42BR Chambers, we are delighted to invite you to our latest Mock Employment Tribunal which has been designed especially for HR professionals and anyone involved in managing people.
The afternoon event will be taking place on Thursday 16 May 2024 and run by our employment team and Iris Ferber KC, Safia Tharoo and Orlando Holloway from 42BR as our Employment Judge and barristers.
The Mock Tribunal will provide you with:
an opportunity to help demystify Employment Tribunal proceedings;
a chance to learn how to prepare for, present and defend an Employment Tribunal claim;
a forum to question and discuss Employment Tribunal issues with our team and experienced barristers; and
networking opportunities with fellow professionals over drinks and canapes post-event.
This practical and interactive session is a great opportunity to experience an Employment Tribunal scenario, understand how the process works and build confidence to prepare for any future Employment Tribunals without risk to your business.
The Mock Tribunal is free to attend, however, we expect this will be a very popular event and as places are limited. Once registered, Mock Tribunal documents, including witness statements, will be sent to you via email in advance.
The event will take place at our London office and the timings are as follows:
2.30PM – Registration and refreshments
3.00PM – Mock Employment Tribunal starts
5.30PM – Networking and canapes
7.00PM – Event ends
