Money Masterclass with special guests
Women & Money: the path to financial wellbeing
Join us for an informal and interactive session to reflect on how far women have come in achieving financial equality and to explore what more needs to be done to empower women to take control of their finances and make their money work better for them.
Does financial inequality still exist? Are men and women different when it comes to money? Is there any room for improvement?
Kate Palmer and Hollie Curtis, Investment Managers at Rathbones will discuss these important questions, consider the history of women and money, explore the reasons why women will often retire with less savings than their male counterparts, and more importantly what can be done to change this.
We will also hear from social influencer Daisy Harris-Reid, aka Mum About Town, and Alice Balcombe, Senior Associate in the Family and Matrimonial team at BDB Pitmans.
The event will be hosted at Pumphouse Winchester (details below) between 5.30pm and 8pm, followed by drinks and nibbles, and an opportunity to network with the speakers and other attendees.
