Webinar: An update on progressing DCOs during COVID-19
Join us for our next webinar looking at nationally significant infrastructure projects during COVID-19.
This webinar will act as an update to the session we hosted on 14 May on ‘Progressing DCO projects during COVID-19’ and will take into account any changes made to the law, guidance and practice, but will still cover all the ground for those who did not attend our previous webinar.
Angus Walker, partner in our planning, infrastructure and public law team, will deliver a short presentation followed by a discussion about continuing to progress DCO projects amidst the COVID-19 pandemic covering:
- not being able to deposit physical documents or erect site notices;
- difficulties doing site surveys;
- difficulties doing land referencing;
- inability to hold physical consultation events;
- inability to hold physical hearings; and
- difficulties implementing DCOs.
The webinar will build on Angus Walker’s paper summarising NIPA’s advice and tailoring it to applicants.
To register your attendance, please click on the ‘Register interest’ button.
There will be a Q&A session at the end of each topic; please submit any questions you would like answered here.
Please note: this webinar will be held using Zoom and a link will be sent to you in your registration confirmation email. The link will also be resent on the morning of the webinar.
