With the Bath Clean Air Zone (CAZ) going live on Monday 15 March 2021, this webinar offers an opportunity to take stock of the progress in delivering Clean Air Zones to date, draw insight from Bath and North East Somerset Council’s pioneering work, and considers the future of Clean Air Zones in England and Wales.
BDB Pitmans are delighted to welcome Ashley Beighton, Bath and North East Somerset Council’s CAZ Project Manager, who will talk about the challenges of implementing the Bath CAZ and the lessons learned. As the only law firm to have worked on a live CAZ scheme, as well as 5 other major CAZs, the team at BDB Pitmans will add their insight on key issues and pitfalls, including addressing the impact of COVID-19, and the solutions that have worked for Bath and other authorities.
