Real estate represents a core asset class for both businesses and individuals. Its influence extends across all areas of our legal expertise. Far beyond mere ownership of physical structures, real estate encompasses a complex ecosystem of strategic assets.

The real estate sector holds paramount importance for a diverse range of stakeholders. This includes property owners, investors, and occupiers, as well as professionals and individuals within property companies, construction firms, financial institutions, and start-ups.

Our firm’s foundation is built on comprehensive, specialised knowledge of the real estate sector, enabling us to support all facets of business operations. Our breadth of expertise includes:

  • Advising on energy and transport infrastructure projects
  • Developing renewable energy sources, including wind turbines and solar farms
  • Upgrading overground and underground power cables
  • Advising real estate and construction professionals on commercial, employment, tax planning, and inheritance issues
  • Guiding UK and overseas investors on property development, investments and financing

  • Moreover, we offer tailored solutions for start-ups navigating the real estate landscape and provide strategic advice on emerging trends in the sector. With our deep industry knowledge and wide-ranging legal acumen, we stand ready to address the multifaceted challenges and opportunities in today’s dynamic real estate market.
