The employment team at BDB Pitmans can advise you on all aspects of how to operate a workforce in England & Wales. We can also assist and support international businesses, which may use the UK as a business operating ‘springboard’, with the tasks of sourcing good and reliable employment law advice and support within Scotland, Northern Ireland and in the European Union countries.

- Our employment team supports UK businesses to avoid the pitfalls of employment law, so as to minimise the risk of being challenged in the Employment Tribunal in the first place or to ensure, where a challenge may be brought, that our clients are in the best possible place successfully to defend Tribunal claims.
