Bircham Dyson Bell (BDB) has advised WHIreland in its capacity as nominated adviser and joint broker, and Shard Capital in its capacity as joint broker to Immotion Group Plc, in connection with its admission to AIM and £5.75 million placing of new shares.

Immotion Group Plc is an immersive virtual reality company. They plan to use the funds to implement their strategy of becoming a leading participant in the ‘out of home’ virtual reality experience market.

The BDB team acting on the transaction was led by corporate partner Nick McCarthy, assisted by associate Annabel Doneley and senior associate Andrew McGlashan.

Nick McCarthy, partner at BDB, comments:

‘We were delighted to have been instructed by WHIreland and Shard Capital on the float of Immotion Group Plc, it has been a great success with a market capitalisation of circa £20 million. We wish the board every success for the future.’
