The BDB Pitmans corporate team advised Frenkel Topping Group PLC on a placing and the acquisition of 99.99% of shares in Forth Associates Limited, a forensic accountancy firm based in Manchester and Leeds.
The placing was announced on 23 July 2020 and raised £13 million. The acquisition, completed on the 22 July 2020 with a consideration of £3 million.
Frenkel Topping Group PLC, an independent financial advice and wealth management firm which specialises in asset protection for clients, has claimed that the total net proceeds will enable them to become the ‘largest independent provider of financial expert witness reports to the claimant marketplace.’
