BDB Pitmans has advised LAT Water Limited on its £5 million investment by environmental fund manager, Earthworm. The investment follows recent contract wins in China and the UK and will finance the next stage of its expansion plans, developing as a global player in this high growth sector.
LAT Water Limited is a British technology company set up to develop and implement renewable energy powered desalination and water purification technologies for the treatment of industrial wastewater. Their product provides fresh water at a low cost, as well as with a low carbon footprint.
The BDB Pitmans team acting on this transaction consisted of corporate partner Roger Gregory and solicitor Daniela Munro.
