Paul Crilly, Director of NJC commented:
We are pleased to confirm that we have completed the acquisition of the Expectations Property Group. Based in the North West, the business specialises in the residential and mixed-use sectors with a significant footprint in the North West and the Midlands. This deal is part of our long held strategy to strengthen the experiential services vital in today’s stakeholder focussed markets, through a combination of organic growth and the acquisition of high quality and reputationally strong businesses. Separately I wish to commend BDB Pitmans on their excellent client service – in addition to superb legal work, the team’s friendly attitude and responsive nature always makes the experience a positive one.’
Stephanie Perry concluded:
It has been a pleasure to work alongside NJC. We are confident that the shared values of the two organisations, including an on-going commitment to the customer journey through a high-quality service experience, will lead to a prosperous future for the business. We wish them every success going forwards.’
