BDB Pitmans advises leading provider of construction intelligence solutions on acquisition of mobile data capture and data processing systems firm

BDB Pitmans have successfully advised Thinkproject, Europe’s leading SaaS provider of construction intelligence solutions for the Architecture, Engineering, Construction and Owner-operated (AECO) industry, on its acquisition of Digital Field Solutions Limited, a mobile data capture and data processing systems firm. The acquisition will strengthen Thinkproject’s offering to the market and allow them to promote further products to the construction sector.

The BDB Pitmans team was led by corporate Partner, Robert Chidley, who was assisted by Solicitor, Ashley Robertson, and Trainee, Emma Watson.
