Leading law firm, BDB Pitmans, has successfully advised the shareholders of Orion Future Technology Ltd on its sale to the Milbank Group Ltd.
This is the fifth acquisition to date for the family-owned Milbank Group as it looks to grow its diversified portfolio of businesses.
Following the acquisition, the Milbank Group is committed to continuing the vital research that Orion Future Technology conducts, and maintain its position as a leader in safe and sustainable global food and crop production.
