BDB Pitmans acted for Quadrise Fuels International plc (Quadrise), on its fundraise which has raised £1.5 million (Placing). The results of the fundraise were announced on 21 January 2019 and the proceeds will be used to support Quadrise’s continued development and its planned transition into commercial operations.
Quadrise is an AIM-listed emerging supplier of MSAR® emulsion technology and fuel in the global shipping, refining, power generation markets.
The BDB Pitmans team acting on this transaction was led by corporate partner Nick McCarthy and legal director Andrew McGlashan.
