BDB Pitmans bolsters real estate department with new hire of Jeremy Davy

BDB Pitmans has further strengthened its specialist New Build team with the hire of Jeremy Davy, who joins from Connells Group. His appointment as partner and head of the New Build team is effective as of 19 September 2022.
The New Build team provides residential developer clients with the full array of solutions associated with a new development, including site set up, plot sales and all supplementary services involving management companies, infrastructure agreements, shared ownership and ground rent investor sales.
Jeremy is a highly-respected legal and property professional, bringing over 25 years’ experience in leadership roles in the residential property marketplace. In his role as Conveyancing Director at Connells Group, he was the head of the UK’s largest conveyancing operation which included the management of a panel of over 30 law firms. Prior to that, he was a Managing Partner at one of the UK’s fastest growing law firms and Head of Legal at a multi-national transport and logistics business. During his career, Jeremy has advised a number of public and private bodies on residential property-related issues, including HM Government, HM Land Registry, the Law Society and RICS.
