BDB Pitmans’ private real estate team recommended in The Spear’s 2021 Property Advisers Index

The Spear’s Property Advisers Index is a dedicated annual initiative for high-net-worth individuals seeking expert advice on prime and luxury property.

The publication of the final list is based on peer nominations, client feedback, telephone and face-to-face interviews, data supplied by firms, as well as information gathered by the Spear’s editorial and research teams.

In the 2021 edition, Hema Anand, John Stephenson and Paddy Lynam, partners in our private real estate team, have been recommended in the ‘Best Property Lawyers’ category. This category features the top lawyers who advise on all property related matters, from negotiating transactions, structuring bespoke arrangements and putting together important documentation.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, the private real estate team handled the simultaneous acquisition of over 300 properties. The team regularly handle refinances to the value of £20-£40 million and represents a loyal and growing client base of UHNWs both onshore and offshore.
