BDB Pitmans recognised in The Times Best Law Firms 2023

The Times has published its 2023 guide to the top legal practices in England, Wales and Scotland across business, public and private client law. This annual initiative, compiled by international research company Statista, is based solely on feedback received by lawyers.

In the 2023 listings, BDB Pitmans are delighted to have been commended for administrative and public law, inheritance and succession, as well as planning law.

The Times cited the firm’s recent involvement in the Lowestoft Flood Risk Management Project, in which they acted for East Suffolk Council, as well as their advice on the first ever material amendment to a Development Consent Order for leading port operator, Able UK. It was noted that this landmark matter marked a step forward for suppliers seeking to provide marine renewable energy infrastructure from the UK.
