BDB Pitmans shortlisted at the Planning Awards 2024

We are delighted to be shortlisted for ‘Planning Law Firm of the Year’ at the Planning Awards 2024. The awards recognise the work of law firms that demonstrate how its planning legal work has enabled clients to have a positive impact (or a likely positive impact) on the physical or environmental quality of a place and / or the social well-being of a community.

The shortlisting was in relation to our work for Alternative Use Boston Projects Limited (AUBPL) in the promotion of a major Energy from Waste (EfW) facility in Boston, Lincolnshire. This recognition comes in the context of our rapidly growing practice in energy consenting, our market leading DCO practice generally and our contribution as a firm to various aspects of the broader picture as regards environmental matters, namely biodiversity net gain (BNG) and clean air zones.
