Our Employment Team hosted their first Mock Employment Tribunal in Reading on Thursday 10 October 2024 at our Reading Town Hall.
This practical and interactive session provided:
- • an opportunity to help demystify Employment Tribunal proceedings;
- • an experience of an Employment Tribunal scenario;
- • an overview on how the process works and build confidence to prepare for any future Tribunals without risk to your business;
- • a chance to learn how to prepare for, present and defend a Tribunal claim;
- • a forum to question and discuss Employment Tribunal issues with our team and experienced barristers; and
- • networking opportunities with fellow professionals post-event.
