Webinar round up: Infrastructure (Wales) Bill: All you need to know

Last week, partners, Sarah Clark and Mustafa Latif-Aramesh and legal director, Tom McNamara hosted a webinar on the Bill that was introduced by the Welsh Government to the Senedd on 12 June 2023.

They discussed what the Planning Bill is and how it changes infrastructure planning in Wales, the differences between the proposed regime and the DCO regime under the Planning Act 2008 and the change to processes.
