Alex advises on a wide range of commercial and corporate matters. She has assisted a variety of clients, from sole traders and entrepreneurs, to national charities, global listed companies and governments.
She advises on everyday business matters, such as procurement, supply of goods and services and agency and distribution agreements through to structural and fundamental changes to a business, such as joint ventures and mergers.
She also specialises in partnership law and LLPs and has converted general partnerships to LLPs.
