Amelia is a solicitor in the commercial property team who trained with the firm. She provides commercial real estate advice to a variety of clients, including asset managers, commercial landlords and tenants, and charities. Amelia has acted on a range of transactions, including landlord and tenant lettings, disposals, acquisitions, and refinances.
Amelia also has experience acting for lenders on finances and refinances of high-value London residential properties (both leasehold and freehold) and carries out detailed property due diligence, including in relation to the construction elements of a transaction. Amelia has also acted for borrowers looking to secure charges over commercial premises.
Alongside this, Amelia has assisted with property development work, which has included assisting with solar farm developments and a large-scale energy infrastructure project.
