Services

Aoife is an accomplished property legal director and has handled claims in the County Courts right up to the Court of Appeal. She has experience in all stages of litigation from first instruction to trial and appeal.

She has also conducted many mediations and practices other forms of alternative dispute resolution.

Aoife regularly acts for both landlords and tenants in commercial and residential leasehold disputes including breach of covenant and disrepair claims, as well as forfeiture and possession actions. She also acts for developers and landowners in disputes relating to restrictive covenants, trespass and adverse possession.
