Bhaminee deals with all aspects of commercial property sales and acquisitions, in particular hotels and restaurants.
She also advises on landlord and tenant matters including estate management for a number of clients with substantial property holdings.
Bhaminee’s particular speciality is working closely with the corporate team to assist with the real estate aspects of corporate transactions – to include property reporting for AIM listings and carrying out property due diligence on share sale transactions and business sales and acquisitions.
