Services
Brian is a partner in our employment team, and the head of department for BDB Pitmans’ business services group encompassing the firm’s employment, corporate, commercial and charities teams.
He is particularly skilled in providing HR support across a range of industries particularly property, transport and IT, and regularly advises on board level strategic issues, large scale business restructuring and transfer matters involving complex Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations (TUPE) issues and, increasingly, cross-border elements.
As well as being a regular speaker at seminars and training events, Brian is the author of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) Employment Good Practice Guide and the RIBA Model Students’ employment contract.
