Charlotte is a solicitor in the employment team in Reading. With over three years of post-qualification experience, she advises clients on a broad spectrum of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. Her expertise encompasses drafting employment contracts, staff handbook policies and providing guidance on disciplinary and grievance procedures. Charlotte also has experience in handling redundancy and restructuring processes, as well as negotiating terminations of employment.
During her training, Charlotte completed a six-month secondment to ExxonMobil, where she worked in the UK legal team providing advice directly to commercial, employment, and data privacy stakeholders across the ExxonMobil/Esso group on a range of matters. She undertook contract reviews and commercial drafting, and heavily assisted in employment and GDPR matters.
