Experienced in commercial contracts, she drafts and advises on contracts such as agreements for the supply of goods and / or services (including procurement and tender documents), confidentiality agreements, and website terms and conditions. Daisy has experience drafting bespoke agreements for new and unusual commercial arrangements. Daisy can also advise on intellectual property contracts such as licencing agreements.
Daisy has a broad knowledge of data protection law, which includes assessing clients’ GDPR compliance, data processing agreements, and advising on all data protection policies.
She has hands-on experience working in the legal department of a well-known retail company, managing multiple contracts across a range of jurisdictions and sectors, including sport, fashion, and media.
