Experienced in commercial contracts, she advises on contracts including software as a service agreements, supply and distribution agreements, confidentiality agreements and website terms and conditions.
Daisy has a broad knowledge of intellectual property with a focus on licensing agreements and is familiar with contentious intellectual property matters.
Daisy’s data protection work includes assessing clients’ GDPR compliance, data protection audits and advising on a range of data protection policies.
She has hands-on experience of working in the legal department of a well-known retail company, managing multiple contracts across a range of jurisdictions and sectors including sport, fashion, and media.
