David Crease

David is a solicitor across the firm’s corporate and commercial departments, with a particular focus on all aspects of transactional corporate work (including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and restructurings). David has acted for both corporate buyers and individual sellers in a number of transactions in excess of £5 million.

Additionally, David has advised on corporate advisory and governance matters at all stages of the company life cycle, such as incorporations, shareholder agreements, share buybacks, and capital reductions.

David also has experience in commercial contracts, intellectual property, and data protection matters and has assisted clients of all sizes with a variety of commercial agreements, from bespoke service and framework agreements to website/mobile application terms and conditions.

During his training contract at BDB Pitmans, he undertook seats in corporate, commercial, employment, and commercial real estate, giving a wide breath of experience in company-related matters and key contacts with specialists across departments.
