Elizabeth is a first year trainee currently completing her second seat in the London Private Wealth team. Her first seat was Commercial Real Estate in the Reading Office.
She drafts Wills, and Lasting Powers of Attorney and assists with the probate process and the administration of estates. This involves tax and succession planning, which she helps with.
She is also working for Lucinda Brown, partner in Contentious Trusts and Probate, and has written articles related to this area of work.
Prior to beginning her period of recognised training Beth assisted the litigation team at the Fishmongers Hall Inquest and worked as a Researcher in the knowledge management team.
