Elliot Wills

Elliot is a second-seat trainee currently sitting in the restructuring and insolvency team, where he assists with contentious insolvency matters relating to Companies Act and Insolvency Act breaches, corporate advisory, and personal bankruptcy.

Elliot previously sat in the international and private wealth team, where he worked on a wide range of domestic and international estate and trust administrations, onshore and offshore tax advice, and succession planning.

Elliot studied LLB Law at the University of Leeds and is a keen member of the firm football team.
