Emma Watson

Emma is an associate in the litigation department, having just completed her second year of training in the employment team where she assisted on a variety of contentious and non-contentious matters. This included preparing and reviewing service agreements and consultancy agreements and attending and preparing for Tribunal hearings.

Emma’s third seat was in the corporate team. She assisted on the listing of companies on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange, assisted on public and private company acquisitions, undertook verification exercises and prepared board minutes, shareholder resolutions and other ancillary corporate documents.

In her second seat in the litigation team, Emma assisted on a range of matters including contentious trusts and probate, property litigation, commercial disputes, public law and professional regulatory matters.

Whilst in her first seat within the commercial property team, Emma assisted on landlord and tenant matters, property finance and the acquisition and disposal of freehold and leasehold commercial property.
