Services

Felicity is a real estate solicitor who specialises in all aspects of land acquisition and development. Her experience includes advising on mixed use developments, site assembly and compulsory acquisitions for public and private sector clients, including plot sale schemes and intra-group transfers for developers.

She provides real estate legal advice for major infrastructure schemes including projects relating to the energy sector. In addition to the property work related to major infrastructure schemes, her specialism includes acting on acquisitions and disposals of investment property, landlord and tenant lettings and acquisitions, disposals and lettings for the renewables sector.

Felicity also has experience with local authority governance, strategic planning law and environmental law for real estate development.
