Francesca is a solicitor in the Litigation department, having just completed the second year of training in the planning, infrastructure and public law team, where she is assisting on various infrastructure projects for public bodies and government-owned companies, including assisting with Development Consent Orders and Transport and Works Act Orders.
In her third seat, Francesca completed a six-month secondment to ExxonMobil, where she worked in the UK legal team providing advice directly to commercial advisors across the ExxonMobil / Esso group on a range of commercial agreements. This included co-ordinating high-value third party transfers, drafting deeds and assisting on litigation and internal employment matters.
Prior to this, Francesca completed a seat in the litigation department where she assisted with professional regulatory matters, commercial disputes, public law and property litigation. Francesca also assisted with various contentious trusts and probate matters and ran her own caseload of interim order files for a regulatory body.
Francesca’s first seat was a split seat in employment and commercial. In the employment team, Francesca assisted in advising professional services firms, companies, charities and individuals on a wide range of employment issues including drafting settlement agreements, advising on redundancy matters and providing close assistance on various employment tribunal claims. In the commercial team, Francesca undertook contract reviews, commercial drafting and assisted with intellectual property and GDPR matters.
