Gabriella is currently in her second seat with the corporate team. She assists with private company acquisitions and disposals, public listings on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange, and reviewing and drafting various ancillary documents.
Her first seat was in the litigation department. She covered a range of disputes, including commercial litigation, shareholder disputes, professional negligence claims, property disputes and Privy Council appeals.
Prior to starting her training contract, Gabriella worked as an in-house paralegal at an international NGO where she supported the legal and compliance team.
