Helen D’Monte

Helen has over 30 years’ experience and manages a number of large family Trusts and also grant giving charities.

She has experience dealing with investment managers and property agents for both her trust and charity clients. Helen drafts investment policies and assists with the compliance required under the various regulations including FATCA, CRS and LEI. Helen also deals with Inheritance tax returns.

The management of the grant making charities is varied. It includes dealing with prospective beneficiaries, drafting grant deeds, discussing and drafting grant making policies, as well as other policies that might be required. Helen also administers grant making.
