Jennifer is a solicitor in the commercial property team. She provides commercial real estate advice to a variety of clients and has assisted with landlord and tenant lettings, acquisitions, refinances and disposals.
In her first seat in the planning, infrastructure and public law department, Jennifer assisted on infrastructure projects, including Development Consent Orders and Transport and Work Act Orders.
Jennifer’s second seat was with the litigation team. Whilst there, she assisted on a wide variety of disputes including property litigation, commercial disputes, and public law matters.
Prior to starting her training contact, Jennifer worked as both a paralegal and legal administrator in the areas of planning and infrastructure and commercial real estate respectively.
