Jessica has experience of acting for both landlords and tenants on lease transactions as well as asset management transactions for institutional clients.
She regularly assists on due diligence exercises, producing reports on titles and leases on large multi-property and multi-tenanted portfolio purchases and has acted on both sales and purchases.
