Jessica Graham

Jessica is a solicitor in the planning, infrastructure and regeneration department. She advises on various aspects of planning law including the authorisation of major infrastructure projects under the Transport and Works Act 1992 and the Planning Act 2008.

Jessica has attended, and assisted at, a three week public inquiry in relation to the promotion of a transport and works act order (TWAO) for a flood defence barrier. She also assisted with an application for a development consent order (DCO) relating to an airport development and worked with the project team in preparing for and attending some of the public consultation events.

As a trainee at legacy BDB, Jessica spent six months on a client secondment at ExxonMobil.
