Profile

Services

Jonathan has extensive experience of commercial real estate matters, advising corporates, partnerships and individuals on acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant work, property finance and development projects.

He heads up the charity real estate practice which specialises in advising charities and third sector clients on real estate matters and can offer charity clients a rounded view when they are dealing with commercial parties. Jonathan enjoys providing strategic advice on property investment matters and aims to assist his clients in realising value from their real estate assets.

He commonly advises at board level and sits on client property investment committees. He has many years of experience in advising charity trustees on their duties in dealing with real estate and the statutory requirements applying to charity land.

Jonathan provides his clients with clear, pro-active, commercial advice and seeks to understand their wider interests and long-term aims. He sees his role as facilitating transactions rather than hindering them.
