Jude is a legal director in the corporate team acting on UK and cross border mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments and disposals, reorganisations, joint ventures and fundraisings in relation to both private and public companies. She also advises companies, nomads and brokers on initial public offerings on the LSE’s Main Markets and AIM.
Jude is fluent in Arabic and English and has acted for a range of international clients including Middle Eastern sovereign wealth funds on their international investments.
Jude advises clients across a range of industry sectors including start-up companies, cleaning services, child care services, professional services, natural resources, fintech and cryptocurrencies.
