Judith Marsden

Judith is a solicitor in the Litigation team, having recently completed her second year of training, and has previously undertaken seats in the Corporate, Litigation, Family, Charities, and Pensions teams. Her most recent seat was in the corporate team, where she assisted with private company acquisitions and reorganisations, including the preparation of board minutes, shareholder resolutions, and other ancillary corporate documents.

While completing her second seat in the Litigation department, Judith assisted with a range of matters, including commercial disputes, property litigation, public law, insolvency litigation, and professional regulatory matters.
