Services

Judith specialises in UK and international trust and estate planning and her clients include a number of families with substantial UK and non-UK trust interests. Her advice often focuses on ways in which trusts of this type may be restructured in order to benefit different generations and on the implications of changes in tax treatment.

Judith also acts for non-UK domiciled individuals who may be UK resident, or else thinking of coming to or leaving the UK, and who require advice on domicile and residence issues. Working in tandem with foreign lawyers, she is experienced in cross-border succession planning and has a particular interest in pre-nuptial agreements for clients with connections in a number of different jurisdictions.

She has been recommended in the ninth edition of The Best Lawyers in the United Kingdom and the Best Global Lawyers Business Edition for trusts and personal tax law in London. Judith’s expertise has also been recognised by Who’s Who Legal, as well as being named among the eprivateclient 50 Most Influential UK and global offshore private client practitioners of 2024.
