Kathryn Warburton

Kathryn is a second-year trainee currently in her third seat on a commercial secondment at the Royal Ballet and Opera.

She undertook her second seat in the litigation team, where she assisted on a range of civil disputes, including litigation relating to breaches of directors’ duties and professional negligence claims.

Kathryn undertook her first seat in the corporate team, where she assisted with a range of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and restructurings.
