Services
Kelly is an associate in our planning, infrastructure, and public law team. Kelly has extensively advised on highways, aviation, and solar nationally significant infrastructure projects with a keen interest in port development, including all aspects of consultation, environmental law, and consenting. Kelly’s experience includes advising Luton Rising on the UK’s first commercial DCO, National Highways on a number of transport DCOs, and Lighthouse Green Fuels on the development of the UK’s first sustainable aviation fuel handling terminal.
Kelly also has experience working in the public law and procurement sector, including advising statutory bodies, such as Trinity House and Natural Resources Wales, on the scope of their powers, obligations as statutory bodies, and regulatory matters.
