Laura is an associate within BDB Pitmans’ private wealth team. She specialises in tax, the creation and management of trusts, estate planning, probate, the preparation of wills (to include will trusts) and Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters.
Laura enjoys meeting and building a rapport with clients in order to understand their needs and objectives. Managing their family wealth both at present and in the longer term in order to also consider and meet the needs of their successive generations.

- Assisting with various anniversary charges for taxable trusts.
- Advising on and completion of Court of Protection applications for both Personal Welfare, Property and Finance and assisting court appointed deputies.

- Assisting on the ATED UK tax changes for non-UK domiciled clients.
