Leah Houghton

Leah is an associate in the corporate team, carrying out all aspects of corporate advisory and transactional corporate work, including private company M&A, private equity, debt financing, management buyouts, and reorganisations. She has experience acting for a broad range of companies, from start-ups to established national groups.

Leah also assists with employee incentive schemes such as EMI schemes and management and long-term incentive plans.
