Ludo has first-hand experience in advising clients on commercial matters within the Web3 sector including Solana and Ethereum NFT projects, and Metaverse as a service providers. His experience is matched with his passion for Layer-2 scaling solutions, blockchain applications and the cross-over between Web2 and Web3.

Experienced in a broad range of commercial contracts, Ludo advises on contracts including software as a service agreements, website terms and conditions, service agreements, confidentiality agreements, publishing agreements, and logistics agreements.

Ludo also has extensive experience advising on compliance with data protection regulations, data protection policies, and performing data audit reviews.

He is experienced in advising on intellectual property matters, including drafting licence agreements, and contentious intellectual property matters, he is also a native Italian speaker, and can advise and negotiate on behalf of clients in Italian.
