His specialisms include acquisitions and disposals, conditional contracts, option and promotion agreements, landlord and tenant advice and lease drafting and negotiation.

Career Highlights

  • Acting for a landlord in the letting of a new office building to various tenants in central London for a combined annual rent of over £1 million and in the subsequent sale of the building to a cash investor for circa £26 million, with a simultaneous exchange and completion one week after papers were issued
  • Acting for a developer coordinating the acquisition of four separate component sites held by different owners and required by a client for the purpose of an integrated residential development site on a ‘subject to planning‘ basis, with deferred consideration overage and complex build requirements with a GDV of £50 million
  • Acting for a promoter on a sale of a site to a national house builder of a 150 unit residential development site
  • Advising a land owner on a complex overage deed on a 500 unit residential development
  • Acting for a promoter on the sale to a national house builder of a multi-phase 500 unit residential site
