- Acting for a developer coordinating the acquisition of four separate component sites held by different owners and required by a client for the purpose of an integrated residential development site on a ‘subject to planning‘ basis, with deferred consideration overage and complex build requirements with a GDV of £50 million
- Acting for a promoter on a sale of a site to a national house builder of a 150 unit residential development site
- Advising a land owner on a complex overage deed on a 500 unit residential development
