Michael is a trainee solicitor at BDB Pitmans. Over his two-year contract, he will spend six months in four different seats, across our broad range of practice areas. Prior to joining the firm, Michael worked as a reputation management paralegal at Schillings. Michael has also previously worked in-house as a commercial paralegal at Ascot Racecourse.
After a comprehensive induction programme, our trainees receive extensive legal and interpersonal skills training to ensure their expertise and career skills are constantly developing. Trainees undergo specific technical training in each seat in addition to the mandatory Professional Skills Course (PSC). Great emphasis is also placed on interpersonal skills such as networking and client management to provide them with the breadth of skills required to be an excellent solicitor.
